The flat GRP roof

Sometimes a tiled roof simply is not an option because of the pitch of your existing roof. Scott & Steel's answer is a GRP flat roof with the same insulation, a plastered ceiling and the same guarantee.

How long does it take?

Do I need permission?
A solid roof usually has to meet Building Regulations even when planning permission is not needed. Ask Scott & Steel how they handle this at the survey.
Will I lose the light?
Not if you add roof windows. Many of their finished rooms have two or more.
